1. Who we are

Grinlo (Android app, package be.hakey.grinlo) is published by HA-KEY SRL, Boulevard Bischoffsheim 39 boîte 4, 1000 Brussels, Belgium — company / VAT number BE 1001.950.513 (data controller). Contact: contact@recif.games.

2. What stays on your phone

The wallpapers are drawn by the app on your device. Nothing is downloaded or uploaded to show them; we have no server.
Touch and tilt: the live wallpaper reacts to your touches on the home screen and to the motion sensor (accelerometer) while it is visible. These signals are used instantly to animate the characters and are never stored or sent.
Your settings (chosen wallpaper, unlocked bonus wallpapers, tilt and smoothness options) are stored only on your device; uninstalling the app deletes them.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the wallpaper gallery, an occasional full-screen ad (never when you open the app or apply a wallpaper), and optional rewarded videos that unlock bonus wallpapers. AdMob may collect device identifiers (advertising ID), IP address, approximate location and ad interaction data to show, measure and limit ads, and to prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent with Google's consent tool (UMP) before personalised ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time in the app settings, under Privacy choices. No ad is ever shown on your home screen or inside the wallpaper. More information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. In-app purchase

If offered, the one-time "Remove ads" purchase is processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details. There is no subscription.

5. Permissions

Internet and network state (ads only). The motion sensor needs no permission. No notifications, no contacts, no location permission, no camera, no microphone, no access to your photos or files. Grinlo only changes your wallpaper when you confirm it in Android's wallpaper screen.

6. Children

Grinlo is intended for users aged 13 and over.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at contact@recif.games. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.

2. Ce qui reste sur votre téléphone

Les fonds d'écran sont dessinés par l'application sur l'appareil. Rien n'est téléchargé ni envoyé pour les afficher ; nous n'avons pas de serveur.
Toucher et inclinaison : le fond d'écran animé réagit à vos touchers sur l'écran d'accueil et au capteur de mouvement (accéléromètre) pendant qu'il est visible. Ces signaux servent seulement à animer les personnages, à l'instant ; ils ne sont jamais enregistrés ni envoyés.
Vos réglages (fond choisi, fonds bonus débloqués, options d'inclinaison et de fluidité) sont enregistrés uniquement sur l'appareil ; désinstaller l'application les supprime.

3. Publicité (Google AdMob)

La version gratuite affiche des annonces Google AdMob : une bannière en bas de la galerie des fonds, une annonce plein écran occasionnelle (jamais à l'ouverture de l'application ni au moment d'appliquer un fond) et des vidéos récompensées facultatives qui débloquent des fonds bonus. AdMob peut collecter des identifiants de l'appareil (identifiant publicitaire), l'adresse IP, une localisation approximative et des données d'interaction pour diffuser, mesurer et limiter les annonces et lutter contre la fraude. Dans l'Espace économique européen, au Royaume-Uni et en Suisse, votre consentement est demandé via l'outil de Google (UMP) ; vous pouvez le modifier à tout moment dans les réglages, rubrique Choix de confidentialité. Aucune annonce n'apparaît jamais sur votre écran d'accueil ni dans le fond d'écran.

4. Achat intégré

L'achat unique « Supprimer les pubs », s'il est proposé, est traité par Google Play. Nous ne recevons pas vos données de paiement. Aucun abonnement.

5. Autorisations

Internet et état du réseau (annonces uniquement). Le capteur de mouvement ne demande aucune autorisation. Ni notifications, ni contacts, ni position, ni appareil photo, ni micro, ni accès à vos photos ou fichiers. Grinlo ne change votre fond d'écran que lorsque vous le confirmez dans l'écran de fond d'écran d'Android.

6. Enfants

Grinlo s'adresse aux personnes de 13 ans et plus.

7. Vos droits

Conformément au RGPD, vous pouvez demander l'accès, la rectification ou l'effacement de vos données à contact@recif.games, et introduire une réclamation auprès de l'Autorité de protection des données : www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

8. Modifications

Cette politique peut évoluer ; la date ci-dessus indique la dernière version.
